‘Centre wants to work with stakeholders for Sindh’s development’

PM Imran Khan wants participation of all the political representatives for the greater interest of the province

Sindh Governor Imran Ismail on Monday said that the federal government wanted to work with all stakeholders for the development of Sindh.

The Governor said this while talking to Central Leader of Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) Irfanullah Khan Marwat who called on him at the Governor House.

Ismail said, Prime Minister Imran Khan wants participation of all the political representatives for the greater interest of the province and solution to the problems of people.

In his views, Irfanullah Marwat said that he would continue to work with the federal government to resolve the issues of the province.

They also discussed the development projects initiated by the federal government in Sindh and the overall economic and political situation of the province.

Meanwhile, the governor addressed the inaugural ceremony of first showroom of Jolta Electric Bike in Karachi.

"Environment is one of the top priorities of the federal government," he said at the ceremony held at the Governor House.

He lauded Jolta Electric Executive Director, Dr Muhammad Amjad and his team for promoting the eco-friendly and economic policies in the country.

Later addressing the inauguration ceremony of Memon Leadership Forum World Council, the governor said the Memon community has rendered remarkable services for the social and welfare sectors and also playing important role in the development of country since Pakistan's independence.
