Khanpur SHO Siddique Shah said that the victim has undergone a medical examination and the suspects will be presented in a local court for a physical remand.

He added that more sections could be incorporated into the FIR considering the medical report.

The victim’s father has demanded the court to award strict punishments to the molesters that are necessary to save other youngsters from the area from them.

Moreover, Atif Raza Advocate said that the concrete evidence against the suspects and active persuasion of the case can get them strict punishment. Several suspects in such cases get bails because of a weak medical report or evidence, he said.

He added that it has also been observed that the plaintiffs make out-of-court settlements with the suspects and eventually withdraw them.
