Internet finds a Pakistani Professor from ‘Money Heist’

Fans found a doppelganger of the popular character in a man running a grocery store

Brace yourselves, Money Heist fans, the Professor has been spotted in Pakistan! To be more accurate, a doppelganger of the lead character from the hit TV series has been found running a grocery store in an unidentified location in the country, and the discovery has left Twitter in a frenzy.

A Twitter user posted a picture of a man with an uncanny resemblance to the Professor, played by the actor Alvaro Morte. The man appears to be writing something down on a piece of paper, and the similarities are too striking to miss, all the way down to the glasses and the beard! The tweet, with over 4000 likes 500 retweets, reads, “We all know where the planning took place,” with the text on the photo reading, “Professor working on his next heist.”

Referencing a dialogue from the show, a fan wrote in response to the tweet, “Now we know why they contacted Pakistan”

Another fan speculated what other characters on the show may be up to if the Professor has taken up work in Pakistan. A user wrote, “Alicia Sierra on her way to buy diapers.”

Speaking about how this may just be a way for the Professor to pass time in between filming, another fan tweeted, “Professor season 4 aur season 5 kay beech mein faarigh thaa tou socha kiryanay ki dukaan daal leta hoon [The Professor was free between season 4 and five, so he figured he’d set up a grocery store]”
