Netflix gives ‘Bella Ciao’ a desi twist with Anil Kapoor, Radhika Apte

Anil channels Denver while Radhika wants Arturo dead prior to the show's September release.

Money Heist season 5, Volume 1, is set to release in 10 days. And as the theories and promos serve as teasers for the upcoming season, Netflix India has released a renewed version of the show’s anthem.

The new song, set against Money Heist's iconic Bella Ciao tune, features renowned Indian actors including Anil Kapoor, Radhika Apte, Rana Daggubati and Shruti Haasan. It chants 'Come soon' in different languages.

The music video recreates a few moments from Money Heist, as Shruti channels Nairobi with a flower in her mouth, as seen after the character's death in season 4 and Anil Kapoor dances on the money bed like Denver did during the first heist.

Radhika also appears in the video with Vikrant Massey and speaks on behalf of every fan when she says she wishes to see Arturo dead in the final season.

The show’s actpr Úrsula Corbero had shared with Collider that the sudden success of the series after it premiered on the streaming platform was unexpected and its increasing popularity resulted in the already finalised part 2 being extended to a part 3, followed by a part 4, and now a part 5.

According to the outlet, Netflix will release its season 5 in two installments, to build the suspence. The first half will premiere on September 3, with five episodes, and the second half will stream on December 3.
