Three proclaimed offenders nabbed

Offenders include a criminal wanted in a murder case from different areas of the city.

Rawalpindi Police arrested three Proclaimed Offenders (POs) including a criminal wanted in a murder case from different areas of the city.

According to the police spokesperson, Bani police rounded up a PO named Naveed Aurangzeb, who wanted in a murder case. Meanwhile, Jalti police arrested Qaiser Kiani while Westridge police held Muzaffar Khan wanted in different cases.

In a seperate incident, the elevator of the Farooq Azam Government College Technology broke down and three people, including two women, got stuck, after which the college management imposed a ban on the use of lift until it is fixed.

Upon recieving information about the incident, Rescue 1122 workers safely rescued the victims after 20 minutes.

According to 1122 spokesperson, all victims were the staffers of the college. He added the victims tried to run the lift several times, but it didn’t run. Rescue 1122 workers reached the site after 10 minutes.
