PESHAWAR:

Former Minister for Social Welfare Hisham Inamullah has blamed Governor Shah Farman and Federal Minister Ali Amin Gandapur for his removal from the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) cabinet in a letter sent to the Chief Minister Mahmood Khan.

“As a minister I have worked day and night to carry forward the agenda of my leader Imran Khan and yourself and to represent to the best of my ability the People of Lakki Marwat and my province,” he stated the letter.

It is worth mentioning here that on Monday, the Chief Minister Mahmood Khan removed provincial minister Hisham Inamullah and a Advisor on Revenue Qalander Lodhi from their posts as cabinet members.

Hisham Inamullah hails from Lakki Marwat district and he previously held the portfolio of Health Minister. Qalander Khan Lodhi is from Hazara Division and he was also previously a minister who was made an advisor later and now has been removed from the cabinet altogether. He previously served as Minister for Food but was later appointed advisor on Revenue.

It is worth noting that the rumours about the removal of four ministers were in widespread circulation before the budget but the decision was postponed and a three member committee had been formed.
