Six killed in different mishaps during Eid holidays

Two motorcycles collided killing three men on the spot In Zhob

At least six people were killed and more than 29 including women and children injured in different mishaps across the province during the Eidul Azha holidays.

First incident was reported from Zhob, where two motorcycles collided with each other near Silyaza area, which resulted in the death of three men and injured two others.

In another incident, a motorcyclist was crushed to death after being hit by a speedy vehicle on Zhob-Mirali Khail Road. The body was shifted to a nearby hospital and later handed over to the heirs.

In Jaffarabad, a man identified as Lal Jan was shot dead by unknown armed motorcyclist near Goth Muhammad Nawaz Marri area of Usta Muhammad. Police termed the incident as an old feud.

During several road accidents in Usta Muhammad town of district Jaffarabad, a man was electrocuted and seven people including women and children were injured in road accidents.

In Dukki, a man was axed to death by his brother over a family dispute. Levies officials arrested the accused with the murder weapon.

In industrial town Hub, three people were injured when a vehicle they were traveling in collided with an oil tanker on National highway near Ghadani cross.

In Quetta, unidentified armed assailants on a motorcycle opened fire at a man near Irrigation Colony and killed him on the spot.

Police reached the site and shifted the body to Civil Hospital Quetta where after medico legal formalities the body was handed over to the heirs of the deceased.

In Mastung, Dasht area, eight people were injured in a scuffle between two groups of Bangulzai over a land dispute.

In Sibi, Tili Daman area, five people were injured in a clash over water dispute.

In Panjgur, two picnickers were injured when their vehicle met an accident near Sarsand area of the district.
