
The Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Abdul Salam Shaikh on Tuesday constituted a Special Task Force for the arrest of accused involved in the murder of a wedding hall waiter, Tharu Muhammad Shoro.
According to an official statement issued by the police department, a five member STF headed by Assistant Superintendent of Police Ahmed Chaudhry has been directed to coordinate with each other and work on the case registered with crime number 34/2 under Section 302, 506/2, 114, 34 PPC at Baldia police station.
STF consisting of SDPO Baldia Noorul Qamar Sherwani, Baldia SHO Inspector Saghir Hussain Sangi, Husri police station SHO Inspector Sher Muhammad Sangi and Hali Road police station SHO SI Farooq Rahpoto was directed to take action against the accused involved in the murder case and make all out efforts to arrest the culprits, SSP stated.

Shoro, father of four children, was beaten to death because he refused to serve guests, who had arrived late at a wedding in Hyderabad on Sunday night.
The incident happened at the Ink City marriage lawn near Deeplai Memon Society in the limits of Baldia Police Station.
"They kept kicking and punching him until he stopped crying," the complainant, Shaukat Ali Shoro, stated in the FIR.
Waiters, Soomar Shoro and Sattar Shoro, were eyewitnesses of the incident and based on their account, Shaukat, a cousin of the slain 35-year-old, Tharu Shoro, registered the complaint.
