Water Wastage: CDA starts awareness campaign
CDA has issued 200 challans to residents having illegal water connections and those wasting water.

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued 200 challans to residents having illegal water connections and those wasting water.
CDA Water Management DG Sanaullah Aman said that challans of Rs250 to Rs3,000 had been issued by a CDA magistrate during a campaign to preserve water. The CDA has deployed three teams to regularly visit different sectors and monitor water use. Aman said banners and posters carrying various water conservation slogans have been displayed across the city.
