Cattle Theft: Cops recover 16 buffaloes

SIALKOT: Police officials caught two cattle thieves during a special checking near village Randheer Bagariyaan, Sambrial tehsil on Friday. According to police officials, two cattle thieves Rafaqat and Tariq were caught by police on a tip-off and the cops recovered 16 stolen buffaloes from their trucks. Police have registered separate cases against the accused and sent them behind bars. Police officials said that Tariq and Rafaqat were driving two trucks on the main road. “The owner had called in the theft and we were waiting to apprehend the criminals on the main road,” said police inspector Javed Ashraf.
