Lyari tragedy: Compensation for building collapse
Each family who lost a breadwinner was given Rs0.3 million and others Rs0.2 million.

Chief Minister Qaim Ali Shah distributed compensation cheques to the heirs of those who died or were injured when a building collapsed in Moosa Lane, Lyari this week. On Friday, each family who lost a breadwinner was given Rs0.3 million and others Rs0.2 million. Fifty thousand rupees were given to the family of each injured person. A total of 32 people were killed and 14 were injured.
