Four women injured in firing incidents

Eight people, including four women, were injured in different incidents of firing during the Eid holdiays.

A 16-year old girl was shot and injured by unidentified people near her house in Gulshan-e-Ghazi Block B area of Ittehad Town on the night of Eidul Fitr. The victim was rushed to the Civil Hospital by Chipa ambulance.

A woman, Fatima Wilayat, was injured in a firing incident near Qaim Khani Colony Siddiquia Mosque in Ittehad Town and was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for medical treatment.

Rabia Gul Rahim was hit in the abdomen by a stray bullet during celebratory firing on the eve of Eid near Usman Ghani Mosque in Qasba Colony area of Peerabad.

She was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital by a Chipa ambulance, police said.

A bullet coming from an unknown direction injured Asiya Kamal at her house near Katti Pahari Rangers headquarters in Peerabad area on the Eid eve at around 12:40am.
