Vaccination centre set up for police

Provision of central oxygen supply system will also be ensured

LAHORE:

A coronavirus vaccination centre has been set up for the police personnel at the District Police Lines hospital, Qila Gujjar Singh.

Lahore Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Ghulam Mehmood Dogar, along with Lahore Commissioner Muhammad Usman visited the new centre on Sunday and inspected the process of vaccination of police officers and officials as well as the standard of medical facilities being provided at the hospital.

DIG Operations Sajid Kiani, Lahore CTO Syed Hammad Abid and other senior police officers accompanied him.

Medical Superintendent (MS) of the hospital Dr Adnan Masood briefed the CCPO and the commissioner about the process of vaccination and other facilities.

The CCPO asked the MS to provide the best possible facilities to the police personnel visiting the hospital for coronavirus vaccination.

The CCPO said 9,963 personnel will be vaccinated at this centre before the Eidul Fitr holidays.
