Four people were killed in overnight shooting incidents in Karachi.

KARACHI: Four people were killed in overnight shooting incidents in Karachi, Express 24/7 reported on Thursday.

One person was shot dead inside a private hospital in the Ghulshan-e-Iqbal area.

A man was killed and another injured due to gunfire in the Buffer Zone area.

In another incident, two people were killed by unidentified armed men in Bahadar Abad area.

Earlier on Thursday, two bodies were found from the Ahsan Abad area, including one of a police officer.

The other body has not been identified.

Karachi has been suffering from a spate of targeted killings and violence for the past month, although following reconciliation between the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), the violence has abated.
