Nabbed: Two men held, heroin seized

The Golra police on Thursday apprehended two men on separate charges and seized narcotics from their possession. Police said, they intercepted the alleged trafficker Badeeul Zaman, a resident of Babar Colony, during patrolling at Chungi No 22 and seized 5.12 kilograms of heroin from him. Similarly, the police intercepted a man Subhanallah and seized 500 grams of hashish from his possession.
Meanwhile, three house maids were booked for stealing jewellery from their employer’s house in sector G-13/1. Mumtaz Khan lodged a report with the same police that Shazia, Uzma and Bhagri had stolen gold ornaments worth Rs275,000 from his house. The police registered a case and started investigation.
