Badami Bagh Bus Stand: Traders ask Shahbaz to stop shift

The Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) has appealed to the chief minister to shelve a proposal to shift the General Bus Stand at Badami Bagh. LCCI president Shahzad Ali Malik said businesses in the area stood to suffer losses if the bus stand was moved to another location. With the bus stand moved out, he said, many people would lose jobs and their incomes. He said instead of shifting the bus stand to a new location the government should improve facilities at the Badami Bagh facility.
