Manchester United’s on-loan winger Bebe has been sidelined for six months after tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, according to Turkish club Besiktas. Bebe was injured while playing for Portugal under-21s and will require surgery. Club doctor Devrim Uygun said that Besiktas and Manchester United will make a joint decision regarding the winger’s surgery. “We’ve contacted officials at Manchester United,” he said. “We’ll make a joint decision over where the operation should take place.”
