LAHORE:

Lahore High Court’s (LHC) Chief Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan directed the law officer to assist the court in how the educational degrees of the judges of district courts could be verified from the quarters concerned.

The CJ Khan also directed the Punjab Bar Council (PbBC) to submit report before court by next date after getting verified first the degrees of those representatives of enjoyed key positions in past of Bar Councils.

Petitioner advocate Nasreen Majeed Chohan in her petition implored the court that hooliganism has been increased in courts and it is being created by only those certain elements who have adopted the role as an advocate but actually, they are neither the advocates nor good human beings.
