Senate election nomination papers issued

QUETTA:

The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has begun issuing nomination papers for the Senate elections, instructing the candidates not to spend more than Rs1.5 million while the election schedule will be announced on February 11, the Provincial Election Commissioner Quetta confirmed.

The provision of nomination papers was begun on the directive issued by the ECP Secretary to all provincial offices. The forms can be collected from ECP offices from 9am to 5pm.

All political parties and candidates have been reminded by the ECP to attach party tickets at the time of submission, while independent candidates are free not to attach party tickets.
