Venom’s antagonist Riz Ahmed has revealed that he recently got married. The actor, at 38, confessed he hadn’t been married for “very long” on broadcaster Louis Theroux’s podcast called Grounded, reported Evening Standard.
The Mogul Mowgli famed star won an Emmy for his role in The Night Of and has also appeared in the Star Wars franchise. In the podcast, Ahmed said that he has decided to stay in California after filming because it’s where his “wife’s family” resides. He said, “I think it’s the first time I’ve mentioned it in an interview so congratulations on that incredibly exciting scoop. I don’t really feel it’s generally that relevant [his private life], so I don’t delve into my personal life or dating history.”
Ahmed did not confirm anything else about his wife — including her personality, how they met or how long they have been dating for, how they got married and all the scoop one needs about the star.
The British-Pakistani heartthrob has also been in news previously as he was linked with writer and film-maker Anya Raza. She was seen escorting him at the Golden Globes few years ago.
