Minor faults, damages to be repaired

ISLAMABAD:

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) said on Wednesday that it is working on several projects to provide clean drinking water to the residents of federal capital.

According to a press release issued by the authority, an amount of Rs495 million has been earmarked for other projects, including repair and maintenance of rotten water pipelines, tube wells, water tankers, replacement, installation of new pipelines.

In this regard, CDA is conducting maintenance of tube-wells and replacing rusted and broken water lines. Minor faults and damaged motors are also being repaired and replaced.

On the other hand, tankers of water supply department are also serving the city day and night for the supply of water to the residents.
