Sindh Information Minister Nasir Hussain Shah, while reiterating the provincial government’s commitment to strengthen digital infrastructure, has lauded the efforts of private sector IT companies for creating jobs while striving for that vision.

Shah said this while speaking at a ceremony organized by Techstirr, an information technology firm that aims to digitize one million retail businesses in the country.

The minister assured Techstirr of complete support of the Sindh government for its digitization initiative called Asaan Dukaan.

“It will help entrepreneurs and business adapt to an easy business solution, especially during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic,” said Shah.

Techstirr Chief Executive Officer Abdur Rehman Chinoy said the project would empower entrepreneurs by providing them with a one-stop e-commerce solution.

“We are living in the age of technology and it is time for business in Pakistan to adapt to the technological changes in order to be successful in the market,” said Chinoy.
