Four suspected gangsters arrested
They allegedly confessed to their involvement in several snatchings
ISLAMABAD:
The Aabpara police have arrested four suspected members of a gang who were involved in street crimes and recovered weapons from their possession, a police spokesperson said on Tuesday.
The official said that a squad from the Aabpara police station, including the station house officer, SI Rasheed Gujjar, arrested four suspected gangsters involved in snatching mobile phones and other valuables at gunpoint from citizens.
The suspects were identified as Shujaat, Adeel Attique, Faizan Sarwar and Haroon Yousaf. Police claimed to have recovered weapons along with ammunition from their possession. They allegedly confessed to their involvement in several snatchings.
