Diwali 2020: Bollywood starlets dazzle in traditional wear
Like every year, this year as well, Bollywood celebrated Diwali in full spirit. We saw the who's who of the Indian film industry dressed to impress over the weekend.
However, some Bollywood starlets stole the show with their outfits. The likes of Ananya Panday, Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Tara Sutaria dazzled in ethnic wear and how! Here are our best picks from Diwali 2020:
Khushi Kapoor
Right off the bat, let's just agree that the younger Kapoor sister's style game has some serious oomph! Let it be a lehenga, a sari or even a simple dress, Khushi sure knows how to own it. Clad in a custom made Manish Malhotra ensemble, the aspiring artist looked ever so gorgeous. With a stunning choker to compliment the look and a low messy bun, Khushi nailed the look for an evening party.
Tara Sutaria
The Marjaavan star also chose Manish for Diwali. Dressed in a purple and red outfit, with a centrally parted bun, a bindi and jhumkas, Tara looked radiant. The actor always seems to do well with ethnic wear.
Ananya Pandey
Unlike the rest of her peers, Ananya chose celebrated designer Anita Dongre instead of Manish for Diwali. The Pati, Patni Aur Woh actor looked beautiful in a pink embellished lehenga and choli. She paired her look with soft-curled hair and minimal makeup.
Janhvi Kapoor
If one should take lessons on how to drape a saree, let it be from the elder Kapoor sibling. Jahnvi, clad in a yellow Manish Malhotra saree, looked her stunning self. With her hair in signature blow-dry and jhumkas, the Dhadak star oozed elegance.
Sara Ali Khan
The Kedarnath actor opted for a Manish Malhotra chooridaar and shirt for Diwali this year. Donning a purple and gold ensemble, Sara coupled her look with chaand baliyaan and khussas.
