DASKA:

Three days after the rape of a minor boy, a case was finally registered by police against three teenagers on Thursday.

Hassan Ali, the four-year-old son of Nazia Bibi, a resident of Perochak village was reportedly abducted while he playing outside.

“I started looking for my son in the nearby locale when I heard screams of a child from the nearby fields. I saw Chand Faizan and Ali molesting my son,” Nazia Bibi detailed regarding the incident.

“It happened around 4pm on Sunday,” she said, adding, “I called the police on the spot who arrested the boys but did not register a case against them.”

The victim’s mother took the child to Civil Hospital Daska but was not entertained, she then admitted the victim at a private hospital.

She alleged that Motra Police refused to register an FIR after which she staged a protest outside the Sialkot DPO office.

Later on, she approached Advocate Adnan Sana to submit a petition on her behalf. The advocate took her to the DPO office and finally after three days a FIR was lodged.

“The victim was medically examined at Jamke Cheema BHU and a report has been obtained from the doctors,” Investigating Officer Khalid Javed said.

“DNA samples of the accused boys, who are between the ages of 10 and 12, would be taken,” he added.
