Dr Malik vows to win upcoming polls
National Party Central President Dr Abdul Malik Baloch on Monday claimed that Pakistan is suffering from the worst economic crisis in history.
“The country’s economy has been devastated. People have been starving for two square meals a day,” he said while addressing the Tehsil Committee and workers of National Party.
“Prices of gas, electricity, flour, sugar and other necessities of life have hit the roof but the rulers continue lying.”
Dr Baloch added that the law and order situation was deteriorating by the day due to the wrong policies of the rulers. “Businessmen are being harassed in the name of security. Officers belonging to security forces are busy chairing jirgas along with provincial ministers.”
The National Party president said that people of the province should not be restricted from travelling and detained at checkpoints.
“Those who have no interest in the problems and difficulties of the people have been selected for the presidency,” he said. “People expelled from the party have no place in his party again.”
Dr Baloch vowed to take full part in the upcoming elections from Buleda, Zamran, Hoshop and Kolwah. “Workers must play their role in strengthening the party locally.”
Mullah Barkat, Ghulam Qadir Buledi, Haleem Buledi, Master Azeem and others were present at the event.
