An anti-terrorism court (ATC) directed on Saturday the Rangers prosecutor and witness to appear at the next hearing of two cases pertaining to the attack on a media house, vandalism and terrorism.
The accused, including Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leaders, appeared in court.
The investigation officer informed the court that the witness, SHO Pir Shabbir, was not present as he had contracted Covid-19. Meanwhile, the court expressed annoyance at the Rangers prosecutor for failing to appear as well. It ordered the witness and the Rangers prosecutor to appear at the next hearing and adjourned the hearing until November 21.
