BOK profit triples in third quarter

Quarterly results for the third quarter ending September 30 for the Bank of Khyber (BOK) has shown a surge in profits with the pre-tax profit for the last quarter at Rs2.795 billion.

The profit after tax stood at Rs1.652 billion, up from Rs598 million for the same period in 2019.

This was disclosed during the 163rd meeting of the bank’s Board of Directors in Islamabad recently to approve the results for the third quarter. The meeting was chaired by the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Additional Chief Secretary and BOK Board Chairman Shakeel Qadir Khan.
