CIA police arrest alleged terrorist in DG Khan
Suspect revealed that he had planned a large-scale terrorist activity in Rajanpur.
DERA GHAZI KHAN:
CIA police arrested an alleged terrorist from Dera Ghazi Khan while checking people aboard a passenger bus, Express 24/7 reported on Monday.
The bus was enroute to Karachi from North Waziristan when it was stopped in Dera Ghazi Khan.
The bus was stopped after CIA police was tipped about terrorist travelling on the bus.
Police found a passenger in possession of three hand grenades. The passenger was later identified as Imran.
During initial inquiry, Imran revealed that he had planned a large-scale terrorist activity in Rajanpur.
Imran has now been shifted to an undisclosed location for further interrogation.
Meanwhile security is beefed up at all entry points from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan into Punjab.
