AGP meets PM Imran to discuss judicial performance
PM Imran acknowledges the efforts of the AGP and his team
Attorney General Khalid Javed Khan on Wednesday met Prime Minister Imran Khan and discussed various under-trial cases in the high courts and the Supreme Court.
During the meeting, the two also discussed strategies for resolving pending cases of the Federal Board of Revenue and matters related to the Island Authority ordinance.
The premier acknowledged the efforts of the attorney general and his team. PM Imran acknowledged the efforts of the AGP and his team for solving the cases effectively.
Numerous high-profile cases are being heard in courts across the country with the attorney general and his team busy representing the state.
The attorney general was appointed in February after the resignation of Anwar Mansoor Khan.
