PESHAWAR:

A filling station was attacked with a hand-grenade in the limits of Mechanai gate police station on Saturday. Police said that unidentified miscreants riding a bike attacked the fuel station with a hand-grenade in the Sufaid Sang area, however, no human loss was reported. The building of the fuel station was partially damaged, they added. Police said an FIR under the anti-terrorism laws has been registered on behalf of Hashim Khan, the owner of the fuel station. The CCTV footage showed that two armed bike riders attacked the fuel station with hand grenade. Police reached the spot and cordoned the area. A search operation was also conducted in the nearby areas, however no arrests were made. Police said they have gathered the evidences from the site of the incident and have launched an investigation to trace the culprits.
