Weather plays hot and cold
Weather has been changing throughout the day in Karachi. The heatwave is acutely felt across the city despite the onset of winter. Citizens witness chilly mornings and then scorching heat as the day progresses. On Wednesday mercury dropped as low as 21.5 degrees Celsius with humidity levels down to 22 per cent. The weather remained dry with no respite from the sea breeze as Southwestern winds were suspended. The maximum temperature on Wednesday was recorded at 38.6 degrees and is expected to hit between 39 to 41 degrees Celsius today.
