Chehlum to be observed today

The Chehlum procession of Imam Hussain will be observed in Quetta today under strict security. A security plan has been drawn up for the procession. More than 3,000 police personnel will be deployed while Frontier Corps and Levies personnel will also perform security duties. According to details, the procession of Chehlum in memory of Karbala martyrs in will be held this morning at Imambargah Mominabad Alamdar Road, by Balochistan Shia Conference under the leadership of President Dawood Agha. The procession will pass through Taj Muhammad Khan Road, Toghi Road, Yazdan Khan Road and Alamdar Road and end at Behesht Zainab graveyard.
