Russia urges all sides to show restraint over Karabakh breakaway region: Ifax

 Russia’s foreign ministry on Monday urged all sides to show restraint amid fighting between Azerbaijan and Armenia over the breakaway Nagorno-Karabakh region, the Interfax news agency reported.

Armenian and Azeri forces exchanged fierce fire for a second day on Monday morning, with both sides accusing each other of using heavy artillery.
