Police lauded for maintaining peace

The business community of the federal capital has lauded the efforts and role of Islamabad police for maintaining law and order which is crucial for investment and business. The businesspersons expressed these views at a ceremony for the outgoing Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI) President Muhammad Ahmed and its newly elected president. They appreciated Islamabad police for handling critical situations successfully. Islamabad Police IG Aamir Zulfiqar, office bearers of ICCI and senior police officials attended the ceremony. IG Zulfiqar congratulated the newly elected ICCI president and thanked the outgoing president for cooperation with police during his tenure.
