Victim recovered from torture cell

Acting on a tip-off, New Town police arrested a suspect as it conducted a raid on a private torture cell and recovered a victim tied in chains. Police officials said that the suspect, Jehanzaib, had chained the victim, Shehbaz, for breaking a window pane. They added that the private torture cell was established in a private gym where the victim was held captive. After the initial investigation, the police shifted Shehbaz to a hospital for medical examination while the suspect was put in the lockup.
