Robbers stole 11 tolas of gold, foreign currency, a car and other valuables from the house of a Pakistan International Airline’s pilot in Defence Housing Authority, phase-IV on Sunday night. According to Gizri Police Station SHO Agha Mashooq Ali, three robbers broke into captain Adnan Siddiqui’s house around 10pm on and held three members of his family at gunpoint. He said Siddiqui was on flight duty when the incident took place. The SHO said police was informed of the house robbery on Monday morning and the street where Siddiqui’s house was located did not have CCTV cameras to assist with tracking down the culprits.
