I never start a fight but I finish every fight: Kangana Ranaut

Amid backlash against her abrasive comments on Urmila Matondkar, Jaya Bachchan and Bollywood in general, Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut has claimed that she has a record of never starting a fight, and is ready to quit Twitter if anyone can prove otherwise.
 
"I may come across as a very 'ladaku' person but it's not true, I have a record of never starting a fight, I will quit twitter if anyone can prove otherwise, I never start a fight but I finish every fight. God said when someone asks you to fight, you mustn't deny them," Kangana tweeted on Friday.

 Her statement came shortly after she engaged in a tweet spat with film-maker Anurag Kashyap, which followed when the film-maker took a jibe at Kangana and said that she is a warrior who would keep fighting for herself and the country.

Lately, the Tanu Weds Manu actor has been involved in Twitter spat with several people. Ranaut had earlier alleged that Bollywood actors are 'serial drug users.' The Rangeela star recently, in an interview with India Today, questioned Kangana to reveal all she knows. 

The Judaai actor said, “Where are the names? I would like Kangana to actually come forward and do us all a huge favour by giving out those name and call out those people. Let’s have it all out. I will be the first one to say thumbs up to you girl. To claim that the entire film industry is all about drug mafia is not just an overstatement, but I don’t even know what to call it.”

She added, “Everything that you have got today, the name, the fame and the money, is all thanks to Mumbai and the film industry. Why is it that you have not spoken about these things in the last so many years and are speaking about all this only in the last few months? The timing seems funny. Everything seems to be going a bit berserk.”

It was unlikely of Ranaut to let the Janam Samjha Karo star's comment. During an interaction with Times Now, the Tanu Weds Manu star reiterated and said, “I saw one very derogatory interview given by Urmila Matondkar. The way she was talking about me, pulling faces, making a mockery about my struggles, attacking me on the fact that I am trying to appease BJP for a ticket. One doesn’t have to be a genius to figure for me it is not very difficult to get a ticket. Urmila is a soft porn star. She is not known for her acting for sure, what is she known for? For doing soft porn, right. If she could get a ticket, why wouldn’t I get a ticket?”
