Oil tanker crash injures two

The victims were given first aid on the spot

LAHORE:

At least two persons were left injured in an incident of road crash of an oil tanker on Multan Road on Friday. Reportedly, an oil tanker collided with a loader near Daewoo Express Sundar stop on Multan Road. Resultantly, the oil from the tanker had spilled over the road for a long distance. Nearby people called Rescue 1122 teams. They rushed to the spot, cordoned off the area and launched a rescue operation. At least four Rescue 1122 vehicles participated in the operation while at least two victims in the incident had sustained minor injuries. The victims were given first aid on the spot. The injured had been identified as Munawar Yameen, 28 and Ali Yameen, 24.
