SHC summons IO in land allotment case

The Sindh High Court issued a notice to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Tuesday over the bail plea of former local government secretary Roshan Ali Shaikh in a case pertaining to illegal allotment of land in Landhi. A two-member bench, comprising Justice KK Agha and Justice Zulfiqar Ali Sangi, heard the plea. The court issued notice to NAB, summoning the anti-graft bureau’s investigation officer on the next hearing on October 6. According to NAB, Shaikh was arrested after his bail plea illegal land allotment case was rejected.
