Covid-19 claims one more life in Punjab

The coronavirus disease has taken away one more life in the province while the number of virus cases in the province exceeded 97,600 after registration of 69 new cases.
As per the statement of Punjab Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department (P&SHD) spokesperson on Saturday, so far the total number of deaths in the province had been recorded at 2,215 altogether. The P&SHD confirmed that 31 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in Lahore, two in Gujranwala, four in Gujrat, one in Hafizabad, two in Mandi Bahauddin, seven in Multan, three in Faisalabad, one in Chiniot, two in Mianwali, two in Bhakkar, two in Bahawalpur and one virus case in Muzaffargarh.
Moreover, two virus cases were reported in Dera Ghazi Khan while one new case of Covid-19 had been reported in Sahiwal district during the last 24 hours.
