Father kills teen girl for ‘honour’

A man was arrested from Manawan area on Friday for allegedly torturing his teenage daughter to death over suspected illicit relations. The arrested suspect has been identified as Ashraf. Police said Arooba, 14, was found dead in her bedroom. Initial investigations suggest that the victim was brutally tortured and later strangled to death with a belt. A case was registered by the victim’s brother against the unidentified killer of the teenager. Later on, police interrogated the father of the deceased girl who confessed to the murder. He said he killed his daughter over suspicion of illicit relation.
