Botched brew: 2 fake beverage factories sealed
Health Department officials handed over the accused to the police and filed a case against them.
KHAN PUR:
Two fake beverage factories were sealed on charges of manufacturing and selling sub-standard cold drinks on Sunday. According to Health Department officials, an inspection team headed by Deputy District Officer (health) Dr Agha Toheed raided several factories situated at Chachran road and Ghous Pur road and arrested Muhammad Arshad and Qasim Jamil for filling bottles of various brands of multi national companies with their own brew. The team also recovered huge quantities of bottles of fake cold drinks. The team handed over the accused to the police and filed a case against them.
