Missing girl returns home
The 10-year-old girl, who had gone missing from Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) on Sunday returned home on Tuesday. The girl, identified as Rehana Rubi, 10, had, reportedly, gone missing from the gynecology ward of JPMC on Sunday, following which her father, Muhammad Idrees, reported the incident to the relevant police station. According to the FIR, Rubi had gone to sell tissue papers, face masks and water bottles in the gynecology ward but did not return home. Police had been searching for her and investigating the matter but she returned home on her own on Tuesday. According to Saddar Police Station SHO Arshad Afridi, Rubi was accompanied accompanied a relative, who visited JPMC regularly, on her return to her house in Malir. He said police were trying to locate the family that took her away.
