Teenage boy drowns in rainwater pond

A teenage boy drowned in a rainwater pond near the Northern Bypass on Tuesday. The deceased was identified as 14-year-old Saeed, who was hearing and speech-impaired. Rescue workers recovered the body and handed over to the heirs.
