Man tortured to death

A man was allegedly tortured to death in a dispute related to a piece of land at Basti Wasinwala, near Tehsil Alipur. Police said Muhammad Hussain, 45, was constructing a wall of a house when suddenly, his opponents allegedly attacked and killed him.
