Ramazan art bazaar: Event showcases work of 12 Lahore artists

The Knowledge Factory on Sunday held its first Ramazan Art Bazaar. Screen printed t-shirts, handmade jewellery, lamps, mosaic pottery and leather accessories were for sale. The event went on for three hours and 12 artists from Lahore participated in it.
Jamaal Tanveer and Usman Musharraf exhibited shoes and shirts. They started their business, “Seventh Dimension,” a year ago and were hopeful that such events would help them expand it.
Kinza Monis, a third year student at the National College of Arts, was selling ethnic handmade jewellery and clutches.
Over 150 people were present, families flocked in and out. The organisers said they would host such events in the future.
