Woman assaulted during robbery

A woman has allegedly been raped during a robbery in Raiwind. Complianant Ghazanfar informed Raiwind city police that he used to work on the fields near Kalay Da Kot, Raiwind Road. He was asleep in the house when two suspects after jumping over the wall entered his room and held him and his wife hostage at gunpoint. They looted valuables, phone, cash, jewllery and a phone from the house. He said the robbers also assaulted his wife on gunpoint. He demanded justice from police. A case has been registered. Police said that they were investigating the matter further.
