Rally held to pay tribute to soldiers

A rally was held to pay tribute to the armed forces for their bravery in the Indo-Pak war of 1965 by the Young Pakistanis Organisation in collaboration with the Overseas Commission District Multan. Punjab Parliamentary Secretary on Information Nadeem Qureshi, while addressing the participants, stated that martyrs were the country’s asset. “The sacrifices of martyrs gave life to nations,” he said. He added that the people have been standing by the armed forces. Qureshi also observed that people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) would continue their struggle for independence.
