Two held for ‘torturing’ youth

LAHORE:

Ichra police claimed to have arrested two suspects for allegedly torturing a youth. The arrested suspects had been identified as Muzammil and Ali Raza. The accused had allegedly subjected the youth to severe torture and also made a video of the scene. When the issue came to notice of police, Ichra SHO conducted a raid and arrested the suspects. Reportedly, the victim was also differently-abled. A case under torture, abduction and illegal detention charges had been registered against them.Police officials said that they were investigating the matter further.
